| 2.Product line feature: ( 1)Equipment featureThe tailor-made equipment adopted in the key processes such as strip casting stove, HD stove, jet milling, automatic magnetic pressing plant, continuous vacuum sintering furnace, vacuum heat treatment stove were designed and produced according to our special workmanship by the manufacturers of U.S.A, Japan and Germany. Our equipments are the most advanced professional ones. The dispose of product line has reached the level of congenial manufacturer abroad. These set up a reliable foundation for our industrialization production. (2) Whole line disposition feature We have the main products located in VCM of hard disk driver (HDD), MRI, and laser head of VCD and DVD, magnet of driver. To ensure the quality of high performance NdFeB and meet the demand for professionally producing 50MGoe energy product series of products, the whole line is performed perfectly ISO 9000 qualification system from raw material monitoring, melting, powder preparation and pressing to machining, coating, products inspecting and packing, which thoroughly solves the uniformity and evenness problem of high performance NdFeB industrialization, so that our products reach the level of congenial ones abroad. Also we make full use of Chinese rare-earth resource priority and replace the imported products with our products. |
