Chengdu GALAXY MAGNETS Co., Ltd. which was established in 1993, is
now one of the three largest Bonded NdFeB (MQ1) Magnet manufacturers
in the world, it has an annual capacity of over 500 tons (about 300
million pieces bonded magnet) , and its total employees is over
1,000.
Its main raw material comes from Magnequench International,
Inc. Its products are exported to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Europe, USA,
etc. And main customers are Nidec, JVC, Sony, Mitsumi, LG, Moatech,
Delta, SAIA-Burgess, etc. Its products are widely used in HDD,
CD-ROM, DVD Spindle Motor, Stepping Motor, DC Motor, Brushless
Motor, Start Motor, etc. and some other applications.

specifications of our magnet are enormous (OD2.0 ~ OD200 mm), now we
have more than 5,000 specifications;
¡î We have our own mold
tooling process, so within a short time, we can provide you the
samples;
¡î We have plastic injection
process and we can supply the complete rotor which is an assembly of
magnet, plastic hub and shaft (metal or plastic) by injection
method.

complete rotor or stator which is an assembly of magnet, metal hub
and shaft by gluing method. |
