  Yue long, the earliest and the most prominent rare earth producer in China, started processing in 1960 and has thereafter been engaged in the separation and preparation of high purity rare earth oxides, metals and alloys. Backed by the expertise in the preparation of sophisticated products, Yue Long started research work on various value added rare earth application products such as magnetic material,luminescent materials. Lamp phosphors were put into production since 1980 and a color TV phosphor factory was built and put into production in 1991 based on Japanese technology through technology transfer. Research staff in either sector is constantly working for improved product quality and variety. Facing the forthcoming increased marker demand, Yue Long is ready to further extend its production not only in quantity but also in product variety.
